What FLM maintenance is
FLM means First Line Maintenance: the first level of technical response to an incident or planned task. It provides on-site presence for initial checks, physical inspection, authorized actions, evidence collection and escalation.
Smart hands and remote hands
The service may include assistance to remote specialists, photos, LED and alarm checks, authorized reconnections, patching, labeling, inventory, power checks, measurements and execution of client-defined procedures.
Rack and Stack
We install, remove or move rack-mounted equipment, patch cords, power and data connections, organize and label cabling, and perform visual checks. Scope is defined by procedure and maintenance window.
Physical layer, cabling and fiber
When an incident is related to physical infrastructure, we can work on structured cabling, patching and fiber optic testing with OTDR.
SLA, escalation and documentation
Each contract should define availability, target response times, authorized scope, criticality, escalation, reporting and resources. FLM works best when technicians have a clear procedure and evidence to pass to the next support level.
Operational coverage
We serve Greater Buenos Aires and coordinate nationwide coverage by project or contract, planning local resources and logistics according to each site’s criticality.
